Disturbing scene today on one of Richmond's main roads (Broad St)...there

were about a dozen cop cars blocking the west lanes...I was driving east (stop and go) and as I approached the police there were two shoes right in the middle of the west bound lanes. The cops had spray painted circles around the shoes...a little further was a backpack also circled with paint. No sign of the victim who was likely already taken away...but if you get hit hard enough to lose your shoes it can't be good.
